Current real estate trends are essential for understanding and interpreting the market.  I take great pride in interpreting this data for my clients, however I also find that many enjoying access the data themselves.   As a result I've added these two "current trends" graphs.  They both display information about the current trends in real estate.  The first is for the Grand Rapids, MI market, the second for the broader West Michigan Market.  The data is a direct feed from the GRAR and SWMRIC board of realtor websites and it automatically updated every 30 days.
