During the onsite review you will learn about the market and how your home will best be positioned to meet your objectives.  Additionally, John  will come prepared with a detailed marketing plan of your home defining your property's ideal target audience and how best to attract that audience.  
Lastly, if recommendations are needed to attract the right buyer and ensure the best presentation of the property, those will be made during the onsite visit as well.
